I need a qualified valuation professional to prepare an independent business and intellectual property valuation for a mobile app + marketplace that I developed as a sole proprietor. I recently formed an LLC and need to transfer the IP into the LLC at fair market value. The valuation will also be used as supporting evidence for an E-2 Treaty Investor Visa application.
