Capital Markets Data Analyst

Supporting the Capital Markets group remotely, the full-time Capital Markets Data Analyst will manage data analysis, SQL development, and reporting tasks while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of datasets that drive decision-making in capital markets. Key responsibilities Write and improve complex T-SQL, investigate data discrepancies, and translate business questions into maintainable SQL and BI assets Maintain and monitor ETL processes and data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory, troubleshooting issues as needed Build and manage Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insights on risk exposure, pipeline position, and P/L metrics Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related data role Advanced SQL skills with the ability to independently improve existing SQL code Strong analytical mindset with experience in questioning data and validating results Working understanding of ETL principles and experience maintaining data pipelines Power BI development experience, including report and dashboard authoring
