About the Role:We are seeking a high-energy, resilient, and proactive Cold Calling & Lead Generation Virtual Assistant based in South Africa or Latin America (LatAm). In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our real estate surplus recovery and foreclosure assistance business. Your primary mission is to turn cold outreach into warm opportunities by building immediate trust, overcoming objections, and securing client agreements. If you are a confident communicator who thrives on high-volume outbound dialing and loves the thrill of uncovering leads, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Your day-to-day operations will revolve around three core pillars: Outreach, Relationship Management, and Administration. <h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-left:24px;text-indent:-18pt;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;padding:0pt 0pt 0pt 18pt;">1. Lead Generation & Skip Tracing</h3><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Spend the first 1.5 to 2 days of the week focused heavily on list building and data gathering.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Research prospects, compile target lists based on specific niche criteria, and utilize skip tracing tools to find accurate contact details.</li></ul><h3 style="line-height:1.38;margin-left:24px;text-indent:-18pt;margin-top:19px;margin-bottom:5px;padding:0pt 0pt 0pt 18pt;">2.
