By combining mobile technology, behavioral support, and medical care, we empower members on their journey to recovery.</p> <p>We’re seeking empathetic, passionate Psychiatrists to collaborate with our experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and provide virtual support for member care. This is a fully remote, part-time position, ideal for those looking to help change the way addiction is treated.</p> <h2><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Collaborate with PMHNPs licensed in states where Affect operates, holding monthly or quarterly meetings based on state regulations</li> <li>Review member records, make prescribing decisions, and provide medication-related counseling</li> <li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Affect’s security standards to protect member confidentiality</li> <li>Fulfill state-specific collaboration requirements</li> <li>Conduct provider evaluations and maintain timely and accurate documentation in our EMR system</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Active and verifiable state medical license(s) in psychiatry</li> <li>Medicaid enrollment within the state(s) of contract</li> <li>Minimum 2+ years of licensed experience, preferably in the field of substance use disorder treatment</li> <li>High comfort level with technology, including EMRs and telehealth platforms</li> <li>Strong empathy and passion for supporting members in recovery</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Why Join Affect Therapeutics?</strong></h2> <p>Be part of a team that is revolutionizing addiction treatment with a digital-first approach.
