Job Title: Remote Community Outreach Coordinator Job Type: Independent Contractor | Full-Time or Part-Time About the Role: A relationship-focused Community Outreach Coordinator is needed to help expand a growing Japanese skincare and wellness brand’s esthetician network across the United States. This role focuses on outreach, community-building, and relationship management with estheticians and spa professionals. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, and comfortable starting conversations and building genuine professional relationships. The company is building a long-term esthetician community centered around education, wellness, and authentic brand partnerships rather than traditional influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities: Outreach & Relationship Building <ul> <li>Conduct outreach to curated esthetician and spa professional lead lists</li> <li>Build relationships through email and occasional phone communication</li> <li>Engage with beauty professionals in a natural and relationship-focused manner</li> <li>Maintain follow-ups and ongoing communication with prospects</li> <li>Help recruit estheticians into the brand’s growing community network</li> </ul> Community Engagement Support <ul> <li>Support educational webinars and community initiatives</li> <li>Assist with relationship nurturing and long-term engagement efforts</li> <li>Coordinate with the Marketing Director on outreach strategies and community programs</li> </ul> Administrative & Tracking Support <ul> <li>Maintain organized records of outreach activities and conversations</li> <li>Track engagement progress and community growth efforts</li> <li>Assist with managing contact lists and outreach organization </li> </ul> Qualifications & Ideal Traits: Must-Have <ul> <li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li> <li>Calm, friendly, and professional communication style</li> <li>Comfortable with outreach and nurturing conversations</li> <li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills</li> <li>Excellent English communication skills</li> <li>Adaptable and comfortable working in a growing environment</li> </ul> Preferred <ul> <li>Experience in outreach, community management, customer relations, or partnerships</li> <li>Background in skincare, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle industries</li> <li>Familiarity with social media and online community engagement</li> <li>Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required</li> </ul> Working Environment: <ul> <li>Fully remote role</li> <li>Collaborative global team environment</li> <li>Relationship-driven and community-focused work culture</li> <li>Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding brand initiative</li> <li>Evolving responsibilities as the esthetician network scales over time</li> </ul>
