  • We’re looking for a Creative Strategist to help us concept and shape long-form content for some seriously exciting brands and companies.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years experience working on non-fiction, non-kids YouTube channels (at a media company, brand, agency, or creator side)
  • You’ve got a production or creative strategy background and a sharp eye for what makes a great YouTube Video.
  • You understand how to think in thumbnails, write clickable titles, and develop repeatable formats
  • You’re creative, collaborative, curious—and hungry to grow
