Director, Consultant Relations - Workplace Services (Remote - West Coast Region)
About the position
Requirements
- Five years directly related work experience (in sales, retirement consulting and/or relationship management)
- Existing and/or the ability to create strong relationships with key consulting firms and their internal decision makers
- In-depth knowledge of retirement plan markets and investment solutions
- Ability to communicate via multiple channels and build strong business relationships
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, via air travel, train, and/or automobile to various states to attend meetings with key parties within assigned distribution channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines
- Strong track record of achieving business development targets
- Ability and desire to help develop internal partners with talent development and training
- Ability to create a strategic business plan to drive new sales opportunities
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses required.
