English Teacher (Full time/Part time)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with curriculum standards and clear learning objectives.
  • Design differentiated instructional strategies to meet diverse student needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback to students and parents.
  • Monitor, assess, and support students’ academic and character development.
  • Uphold strong classroom management and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
  • Demonstrate high professional ethics, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility towards students’ well-being and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and refine teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Conduct remedial support where necessary to ensure students achieve expected competencies.
  • Perform assigned academic and pastoral duties as required by school leadership.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above with minimum 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
  • Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student development.
  • Familiar with the Singapore curriculum.
  • Demonstrates professional ethics, accountability, and positive educator conduct.
  • Proficient in basic IT tools for teaching and documentation.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in a second language is an advantage.
