Key Responsibilities
- Receive and unload incoming inventory and materials
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging
- Operate material handling equipment safely and responsibly (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks
Required Skills
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, lift, carry, and reach for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move up to 49 pounds regularly
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
