Job Summary

The Event Host is responsible for delivering engaging, interactive, and memorable experiences for children and families within the entertainment venue. The role involves hosting birthday parties, themed events, games, and promotional events while ensuring safety standards and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Host birthday parties and special events in an energetic and professional manner

Engage children and families through games, activities, and entertainment programs

Lead activities, shows and interactive sessions

Ensure all event areas are prepared prior to guest arrival

Coordinate with operations and F&B teams to ensure smooth event execution

Maintain a safe and fun environment

Monitor children during activities to ensure compliance with safety guidelines

Assist in event setup and breakdown

Promote additional services, party packages, and upcoming events

Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally

Maintain cleanliness and organization of party rooms and activity areas
