Field Service Specialist

<p>Description</p><p>**The ideal candidate will be located in the Western US**</p><p>  </p><p>· Provide technical support in a customer service focused manner until repair issue is fully resolved</p><p>· Updating and resolving BOTIS tickets timely and accurately</p><p>· Aids Production & PDI departments for critical needs (diagnosing)</p><p>· Through Fleet Intelligence, provides reports of field actions and resolutions</p><p>· Using BOTIS ticketing system And Fleet Intelligence reports, identify repetitive failure patterns, recommend, and manage field product improvements or campaigns</p><p>· Travel as required (75%)</p><p>Requirements</p><p>  </p><p>· Desire and ability to work in fast paced manufacturing environment</p><p>· High energy level</p><p>· Self-motivated</p><p>· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed</p><p>· Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions</p><p>· Technical aptitude</p><p>· Ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines </p><p>· Mental capacity to make sound decisions and to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing</p><p>· Ability to multitask, solve problems, manage time, adapt to changing work conditions, and shift priorities in a fast-paced environment</p><p>· Superior organizational skills, strong quality orientation, and high attention to detail</p><p>· Proven ability to work well both independently and in a team environment</p><p>· Knowledge of and adherence to occupational hazards and standard safety practices</p><p>· Strong ethical standards, reliability, professionalism, positive attitude, and ability to remain calm in stressful situations</p>
