The Inflight Crewmember position in Boston (BOS) is an entry-level role designed for individuals with a natural talent for service and compassion. No prior flying experience is necessary as JetBlue provides extensive paid training to prepare new Crewmembers fully. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while delivering the unique JetBlue experience. As an Inflight Crewmember, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for passenger assistance with a personal touch — from warmly greeting customers by name to managing challenging situations gracefully and empathetically. You will have the authority to carry out service recovery on the spot, making sure every customer feels valued and cared for when they leave the aircraft.
