The Inflight Crewmember position in Boston (BOS) is an entry-level role designed for individuals with a natural talent for service and compassion. No prior flying experience is necessary as JetBlue provides extensive paid training to prepare new Crewmembers fully. As an Inflight Crewmember, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for passenger assistance with a personal touch — from warmly greeting customers by name to managing challenging situations gracefully and empathetically. You will have the authority to carry out service recovery on the spot, making sure every customer feels valued and cared for when they leave the aircraft. Working as an Inflight Crewmember means embracing a dynamic schedule that includes day shifts, night shifts (red-eye flights), and multi-day trips. Full availability during weekends and holidays is essential due to the airline's 24/7/365 operational demands.
