Full-Time Remote Dispatcher (must have dispatch experience)
We are a fast-growing private transportation company serving Orlando’s airports and theme parks, and we’re expanding our operations. We are currently hiring a full-time remote dispatcher.
Role Overview
This position requires previous dispatch experience. You will coordinate routes, assign trips, communicate with drivers, and manage real-time scheduling changes in a fast-paced environment. Nights and weekends are required.
Dispatcher Responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls, messages, and schedule updates
- Assign drivers and monitor trip progress
- Track delays, flight changes, and route adjustments
- Handle last-minute customer updates and problem-solve quickly
- Maintain accurate logs and clear, consistent communication with the team
Dispatcher Requirements
- Proven dispatch experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Reliable remote setup with a quiet workspace
- Availability for nights and weekends
