General Laborer-Structural Steel Fabrication

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable General Laborer to support our structural steel fabrication shop. This role assists with material handling, shop cleanup, and general tasks to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Move, stage, and organize steel materials.
Assist fitters, welders, and machine operators with parts and tools.
Perform basic prep work such as grinding, cleaning, or deburring steel.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized shop and yard areas.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

Experience in a fabrication shop or industrial environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Willingness to learn shop tools, equipment, and fabrication processes.
Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.

Monday - Friday, overtime scheduled on Friday as needed.
6:30am - 5:00pm
