Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phone calls, responding to orders and customer inquiries, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner
  • Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
  • Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills, with Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
