Job Responsibilities:
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phone calls, responding to orders and customer inquiries, and resolving client complaints in a timely manner
- Triage incoming faxes, clarify orders as needed, and ensure accurate processing
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy, with LTC pharmacy experience preferred
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, with Frameworks/ECM knowledge a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent, with excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
