Sales Representative :$75,000–$120,000 First Year (Commission + Bonuses)

We're hiring motivated people to join our team as benefits consultants. No insurance experience required we train you. What we need is someone coachable, competitive, and willing to follow a proven system.

Up to $6500 Start Up Bonus

What you'll actually do:

  • Meet with employees of businesses we partner with to walk them through supplemental benefits (accident, cancer, disability, life)
  • Run scheduled appointments we provide the leads and the worksite access, you don't cold call from a phone book
  • Work Tuesday- Friday in the field, Monday is a training day/ pre work
  • What you'll make:
  • First-year reps following the system average $75K–$120K
  • Commission paid weekly, plus production bonuses
  • $6,500 referral bonus when someone you bring in hits their 13-week mark
  • Renewal income that builds every year you stay
