Tambo and Lanseria), Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth.</span></p> <p>Description</p> <ul> <li>Assist with weekly cycle counts in any of the warehouses as and when needed;</li> <li>Ensure precise record-keeping and filing of all pertinent documentation related to the movement of spare parts;</li> <li>Update the stock ERP(SAM) to reflect relevant movements;</li> <li>Direct parts to outstations, hangars, and airports where they are required;</li> <li>Create documentation for shipping purposes as well as packaging as per Work Instructions;</li> <li>(COMAT) Update Flow Centric in accordance with SAM as soon as parts are received or dispatched;</li> <li>Deliver spares at all hangars;</li> <li>Housekeeping to be done daily;</li> <li>Draw and issue spares from main warehouse;</li> <li>Attend to all requests for spares sent through via email, phone calls or WhatsApp;</li> <li>Carry out general warehouse duties as requested by supervisor;</li> <li>Ensure access to warehouse is controlled at all times;</li> <li>Carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.</li> </ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Grade 12 or equivalent;</li> <li>Forklift license (Advantageous);</li> <li>Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Warehousing;</li> <li>Must have a valid driver’s license (EB) (Essential);</li> <li>Must be willing to work shifts;</li> <li>Willing to travel;</li> <li>Valid passport;</li> <li>Own transport.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Personal Attributes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Flexible and adaptable;</li> <li>Open-minded, motivated and willing to learn;</li> <li>Reliable and dependable;</li> <li>Must be a self-starter and willing to work without supervision;</li> <li>Must be a team player;</li> <li>Immaculate time keeping.</li> </ul>
