What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Determine individual and family eligibility for the employer's care programs
- Assist in coordinating and communicating schedules to internal and external clients
- Conduct client interviews, collect facts and compile case data to provide recommendations to an attorney
- Manage casework in a timely manner, including proper documentation and resolution
- Provide legal research, analyze legal papers, and draft legal documents while documenting findings accurately

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a bachelor's or associate degree
- Background in Paralegal studies is a plus
- Work experience in a legal environment is a plus
- Proven technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen attention to detail
