On-Call Triage Registered Nurse (RN) Remote | Evenings | Overnights | Weekends | Holidays Per Diem / PRN Position / 1099 Independent Contractor Role Job Objective VeriCore Consulting Group is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide overnight clinical triage support for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across multiple states. The Triage RN is responsible for delivering sound clinical judgment, exceptional communication, and efficient problem-solving through remote triage support for onsite staff. This role requires the ability to assess incidents, changes in resident condition, and staff concerns through high-volume telephonic communication while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and calm decision-making under pressure.
