Performance Ad Video Editor (Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon, Roku, Social Variants)
We are looking for a performance driven video editor who specializes in cutting high-converting ads for streaming platforms and social channels.
Experience with any of the following is ideal:
Hulu, Apple TV, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, Tubi, Sling, Peacock, Paramount+, PlutoTV, YouTube TV, Fire TV, Samsung TV+, LG Channels, plus Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
This role involves editing, not filming—we provide footage, scripts, and direction.
Responsibilities:
Edit 15s – 60s ads into streaming-compliant versions for Hulu/CTV/OTT
Produce multiple A/B test variations (hook tests, CTA tests, pacing tests)
Add branded text overlays, supers, captions, motion graphics, transitions
Deliver multi-platform versions (16:9 streaming, 9:16 social, 1:1 variations)
Optimize creative for improved VTR, CTR, engagement & conversions
Understand and apply technical compliance rules for Hulu + streaming ads
Requirements:
Portfolio with CTV/OTT ads or direct-response streaming creatives
Advanced editing skills (Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci)
Motion graphics/typography experience
Strong understanding of streaming ad compliance
Ability to work fast and deliver polished, professional-level assets
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with TradeDesk
Experience with healthcare, legal, home services, or SaaS ads
Ability to ideate new concepts or refine scripts
Experience with voiceovers, SFX mixing, or color grading
