Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.</p><p></p><p><b>What You Will Do:</b></p><ul><li>Serve as a Product Owner (Manager, Business and Program Management) responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and multi release roadmaps for complex systems or mission critical business capabilities.</li><li>Lead the translation of high level business objectives into Features, and detailed User Stories that guide cross functional Agile teams toward delivering high value, user centered solutions.</li><li>Partner closely with business leaders, architecture, engineering, UX, and program management to ensure alignment on priorities, technical feasibility, and long term product direction.</li><li>Manage and refine the product backlog at scale, balancing competing priorities across multiple workstreams while providing clear priorities, acceptance criteria, and definition of done expectations.</li><li>Oversee end to end product lifecycle activities, including business case development, requirements analysis, iterative design reviews, release planning, validation, training readiness, and transition to sustainment.</li><li>Guide teams through PI Planning, System Demos, Iteration Planning, and cross program synchronization sessions; drive key decisions and remove blockers to maintain delivery.</li><li>Evaluate and optimize business processes impacted by the product, using data driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities and ensure solutions deliver measurable business outcomes.</li><li>Lead stakeholder engagement at the senior and executive levels, ensuring visibility into product progress, risks, and prioritization decisions.</li><li>Author, review, and approve critical product and product documentation including business cases, charters, requirements specifications, and training materials.</li><li>Mentor and coach Product Owners, Business Analysts, or team members, helping elevate Agile maturity and product management best practices across the organization.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications You Must Have:</b></p><ul><li>Typically requires a University degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree plus 5 or more years of experience.</li><li>2+ years of demonstrated experience as a Product Owner leading complex products or platforms in an Agile environment, ideally using Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.</li><li>Experience ability defining product vision, articulate strategy, and translate ambiguous business needs into well formed Features, Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.</li><li>Experience facilitating PI Planning, backlog refinement, iteration planning, system demos, and other Agile ceremonies.</li><li>Experience collaborating with technical and non technical stakeholders at senior levels to drive alignment and timely decision making.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications We Prefer</b>:</p><ul><li>Experience in Property and/or Logistics business domains.</li><li>Hands on experience with ERP systems or enterprise tools such as SAP PRISM, JIRA, and FIORI.</li><li>Experience using SQL, Snowflake, or other data tools to support analytics and prioritization decisions.</li><li>Certifications such as PMP, PMI PBA, CPIM, or SAFe POPM.</li><li>Experience collaborating on UX wireframes, product designs, or prototypes in tools like Figma.</li><li>Strong Troubleshooting skills and problem solving capability with an ability to resolve complex, multi system, or cross functional issues efficiently.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), Jira, Confluence, and demonstrated ability to create executive ready materials.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>What We Offer:</u></b></p><ul><li>Our values drive our actions, behaviors, and performance with a vision for a safer, more connected world. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
