This role fosters a "One Team" approach, ensuring collaboration among medical, clinical, and operations teams to achieve the highest quality of care and support. Key responsibilities include travelling to homes, providing the highest quality of care to include medication management, medical treatment needs, education, and providing support to the Direct Service Providers. text-indent: 0.2px;">Audit the medication room, EMAR and EHR programs following state requirements.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-indent: 0.2px;">Assists in care planning as required per market.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-indent: 0.2px;">Cooperates with Beacon Specialized Living and other entities during any inspection, or investigation, or accreditation reviews as requested.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos, sans-serif; text-indent: 0.2px;">Educates staff regarding infection prevention and monitoring and overall physical health of individuals served.</li> <li style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0px;
