Remote Medical Receptionist & Administrative Assistant (Work from Home)

We are looking for a high-calibre Remote Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our team at The ADHD Centre, a leading private psychiatry clinic in the UK. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong command of written and spoken English, exceptional organisational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively while providing outstanding client support. The position involves high-volume call handling in a remote setting and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and professionalism are key.

Key Responsibilities:

Call Handling & Client Support – Answer incoming calls within 3 rings, manage inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
Appointment & Diary Management – Schedule, amend, and coordinate appointments accurately with clinicians.
Email & Inbox Management – Ensure all client emails are actioned within 1 business day.
Administrative & PA Support – Handle ad-hoc tasks, upload files, and assist consultants with documentation.
Client Communication – Send timely follow-up information and ensure a seamless client experience.
Data & File Management – Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
Collaboration with GPs & External Providers – Liaise professionally with healthcare professionals.

Hours of Work (UK Time):

Minimum 40hrs/ week (between 8am - 8pm UK Time with minimum 2 Evenings, plus Saturdays up to 1 in 2 as per rota, Sundays optional)

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, administration, or high volume call handling in Healthcare .
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Tech-savvy – Comfortable using email management systems (ex: Google, MS Office), appointment booking tools, and cloud storage.
✔ A calm and professional demeanour, especially when handling sensitive client interactions.
