This is a flexible, remote-first role designed around your schedule. You will provide psychiatric care to established patients in North Carolina senior living communities, with appointments scheduled in advance based on your availability.</p><p> </p><p>We welcome candidates interested in:</p><ul><li>Part-time (PT) engagement with predictable, pre-scheduled visit volume</li><li>PRN/as-needed coverage with maximum scheduling flexibility</li><li>APP supervision opportunities with additional compensation</li></ul><p> </p><p>Volume is entirely in your hands. Our patient population is established, and our scheduling team will fill your calendar to whatever level works for you.</p> Essential Duties & Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct telehealth psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits with established behavioral health patients in senior living settings</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams, including Curana's APPs, primary care providers, and facility staff</li><li>Provide clinical supervision and oversight for Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs), with associated compensation</li><li>Document care accurately and efficiently within our clinical platforms</li><li>Participate in care coordination for complex or high-acuity patients as appropriate</li></ul> Qualifications: <ul><li>MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry</li><li>Active, unrestricted medical license in North Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)</li><li>DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)</li><li>Experience in geriatric psychiatry or care of older adult populations preferred</li><li>Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems</li><li>Interest in collaborative, team-based care within a value-based model</li></ul>
