[Remote] Sr Mgr Media Channel

As a Senior Manager of Media Channel, you will lead the Direct Marketing Channel, managing a team of media specialists and analysts to innovate and optimize media strategies. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business growth and brand value while adapting to market changes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Direct Marketing Channel, which includes direct mail, email, print, and out of home campaign strategy and executions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to find opportunities for innovation and optimization in media strategies and execution.
- Manage a team of five media specialists and analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Deliver innovative solutions to improve the business’s growth and brand value, while adapting to shifting market conditions and emerging opportunities.
Skills
- A minimum of 11 years related professional experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience (e.g., management, team lead, mentorship)
- OR Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or a related field of study (e.g., Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance or Quantitative Research) and a minimum of 8 years related professional experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience (e.g., management, team lead, mentorship)
- Experience in media or similar marketing background
- Leadership experience involving directing and coordinating the work of others, and mentoring and developing media specialists
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to use analytical skills to drive business results and apply expertise and knowledge
- Experience using tools, data, and available systems to solve business problems
- Proven skills at effectively communicating ideas and demonstrating influence to gain support and commitment in individual and group settings.
