[Remote] Work at Home- Zelle Operations Principal Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Capital One is a prominent financial services company, and they are seeking a Zelle Operations Principal Coordinator. The role involves mitigating fraud loss through recovery and event analysis, applying ethical guidelines to claims, and maximizing recovery opportunities both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Analyze account level data
• Execute timely and operationally accurate recovery attempts
• Strong personal computer skills, along with the ability to use fraud data mining tools
• Establish and ensure compliance with departmental standards and processes to increase production and accommodate work volumes
• Respond promptly and professionally to claims & possess strong relationship building skills
• Exercise exceptional communication skills and optimize contact with customers, stakeholders and external vendors/banks
• Responsible for continuous improvement of job knowledge by exercising strong listening skills and asking questions for clarity
• Participate in special projects as needed
• Take an active role in documenting current processes and identifying gaps and possible efficiency gains
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) able to partner with Investigations and be proactive in suggestions and departmental opportunities

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years customer service or call center experience
• At least 2 years of experience working in the financial industry
• At least 2 years of fraud or disputes experience
• At least 1 year experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
• Secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
• Reliable private internet connection that is not supplied via cellular data or hotspot is required
• A private network that is password protected where you have ownership or line of sight to every device on the network
• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber Internet Service Providers (ISP)
• Hotspots and satellite services are prohibited and do not meet performance criteria required for optimal agent/customer interactions
• ISP download speeds on VPN must be at least 5Mbps, with 10+ Mbps preferred
• Both Hardwire and WiFi internet connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met
• At least 3 years of experience working in the financial industry
• At least 3 years of fraud or disputes experience
