Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads generated from cold outreach efforts.
- Follow a scripted process for communicating with potential clients.
- Utilize agency scripts to guide interactions and ensure consistency.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the team to refine sales strategies.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Minimum of a three/four-year college degree.
- Age 22 or older.
- Strong command of English, ideally with a South African accent.
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines during sales interactions.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (not mandatory).
KPIs / Success Metrics
- Number of leads successfully converted to appointments.
- Customer satisfaction ratings based on interactions.
