Role: Salesforce Admin Location: Austin, TX Duration: Long Term II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements: Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/Preferred Experience 8 Required Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices. 8 Required Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum. 8 Required Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products. 8 Required Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions. 5 Preferred Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.). 2 Preferred Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components. 2 Preferred Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc. 2 Preferred Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit. 2 Preferred Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience
