Servers are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing exceptional hospitality and gracious service to every guest. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each guest feels valued and cared for.<br><br><strong>What You'll Do<br><br></strong>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service<br><br>Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly<br><br>Maintain a clean and inviting café environment<br><br>Assist with restocking and cleaning as needed.<br><br>Handle transactions efficiently with a positive attitude<br><br>Engage and communicate clearly with guests using the highest standard of hospitality.<br><br>Receive and apply feedback effectively, demonstrating adaptability.<br><br>Build strong interpersonal connections with team members of all skill levels.<br><br>Communicate clearly and effectively to inspire and align teams.<br><br>Foster an inclusive, high-quality café culture through thoughtful interactions.<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong>Serving experience required<br><br>Specialty Coffee experience a plus.<br><br>Reliable transportation with the ability to travel between locations.<br><br>Availability for nights and weekends.<br><br>Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.<br><br>Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.<br><br>Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.<br><br>Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).<br><br>The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable experiences
